This proposed change to the Constitution is to allow the AGM to proceed with a lower level of attendance.
Change “2.5 An AGM will be quorate if more than 15% of members attend” Add “2.8 If the AGM should not be quorate the meeting can still proceed, but following the meeting all members will be requested to participate in an online vote to approve the minutes and decisions made. The level of participation in the vote should be equivalent to the level that would have been needed for the meeting to be quorate.”
