Electronics Toaster Oven

Recently arrived in the Hackspace. This appears to be a semi-abandoned project, needing a temperature controller, and 'how to use' documentation, as well as some mains wiring safety improvements.

2015/10/12 A project is now underway to add a microcontroller to the oven, which will have thermocouple sensors and control of the fan and heating elements. For more details, see the thread on google groups. This page will (hopefully) be updated with instructions and schematics as the project progresses.
