Open Night Trustees

At open hack nights a trustee should be available to be a “point of contact” for visitors and new and existing members.
This trustee will:
- Be able to answer any questions that the membership team cannot answer.
- Be available for any member that has questions, comments or issues about the hackspace.
The trustee will change from week to week. The current responsible trustee can be seen on the notice board as you walk into the space.
Members Meetings
In addition, a trustee and minute taker have been assigned for the open member’s meetings.
The trustee filling these roles is posted on the Agenda for each meeting.
