Scope
The software team is responsible for various tools and firmware that work together to run the space.
Currently, the software team look after:
- Hackspace Management System (HMS)
- Firmwares
- Gatekeeper
- Vending machine
- Matrix displays
- Door bell / temperature sensors
- Instrumentation database and scripts
The software team is not responsible for the general upkeep of our servers or the services running on them, although there is some overlap of members.

The Hackspace Management System does all the admin tasks needed to manage our growing membership. Development of HMS is on GitHub
