Andrew, Russell.
Discussion
To clarify:
- Trustees have purchased a job lot of whiteboard stuff from Amazon without notification (we think the purchases items are fine, but we could have done it and were meeting this week)
- Is not out of our budget (but it is odd for auditing/item restocking)
We request:
- We re-iterative the request to fulfill the things from Decembers meeting:
- They have not provided a point of contact or had a trustee join the group for communication purposes
- Communication channel - with trustees on it too. Discourse. (Extra note: no contact with trustees formally for months)
- Shared space for documents (Google Drive) (Extra note: scanned receipts not done due to this)
- Inter-team communication - eg; message to software team (Extra note: no contact with safety or tools team)
- Processes for adding people to teams more easily (Extra note: no new people have showed up)
Additional problems to resolve:
- (New) Asking for a budget to be completed will take longer then the few weeks we have (especially since we were told it was January before)
- (Old) We're currently understaffed
- (Old) No one has emailed us about "urgent" items so we don't know about them
Scoping suggestion from James:
- Food staples
- Kitchen consumables and cleaning stuff
- Bathroom consumables
- Stationary
- Workshop fixings
- Workshop consumables
Will wait on the suggestions from James before doing the budget - do a rough one not based off what we previously purchased.
- Not specific items or the old things we've purchased (rough guesses are fine)
