We did the Green Festival. Lots of interest, made small profit, but it rained.

Income is averaging at £5000 / month.   £4065 comes from membership, £600 income from Snackspace and Laser income.

Average payment is lower than expected and dropping. Ideally need average at £10.29

Discussion going on regarding how we can get more income. Should we charge more for laser cutting?
