Document structure - pattern draft

As mentioned on the slack - looks good. We were calling the pattern of what's good for certain types of page 'boiler plates' - as 'template' has a specific meaning in wikicode.

You can create pages in your user space using forward slash to create a subpage. For example, User talk:Mikehaber/Document structure - pattern draft. Also, there a draft banner template (like on WikiCleanup) see Template:Draft. Jon (talk) 10:02, 15 February 2019 (UTC)

I like the overall idea that every info page follows a consistent approach. I think this goes nicely with what Matt was suggesting with Semantic Wiki Forms.

Minor: rather than "What is it okay to do with this tool?" can we have "What is this tool designed to do?" or "what is it for?" I feel like the question as it stands would be open to confusion/abuse. e.g. It's okay to use a mouse sander to take a couple of inches off a block of pine (in that it'll work, you won't break it, but it'll take ages and you'll wear through a load of pads), but you'd be better off with a saw.
