Merge clean up/update templates (and categories)
There are now many clean up/update templates (and categories) on the wiki that cover more or less the same issues. I suggest that we use this template (Template:Cleanup) as it allows for a custom message on each page (reason=) and date (date=).
This template also automatically adds the category Category:Pages to clean up. Therefore, this category should be the merge target for the categories. Jon (talk) 16:45, 15 December 2018 (UTC)
- EDIT on second thoughts 'clean up' page style and 'update' information are two separate issues I've made a template:update for pages that are out of date but can be updated - it adds page to category Category:Pages for Update.Jon (talk) 18:58, 15 December 2018 (UTC)
- For pages that are out of date, but which can't be updated (for example, defunct tools or old groups) I've made template:historical unlocked. Jon (talk) 18:58, 15 December 2018 (UTC)
