It may require an extension/update, hidepreviousrevisions=1 is a thing on the MediaWiki page https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:RecentChangesLinked
But that page looks more advanced than https://wiki.nottinghack.org.uk/wiki/Special:RecentChangesLinked
