ICE Technology EPROM/Device Programmer

(Donated by Ian Evans)

This programmer is old and fragile but quite capable.

It should be found in the electronics area in a clear plastic box marked "EPROM TOOLS".

It's powered from a dedicated "wall wort" that plugs into a mains socket.

A USB memory stick should be found in the box with the Windows software installer. It has been tested on Windows 95, 98 and Windows 7.

The PC should have a Parallel/Centronics port. This port type is becoming less common on modern PCs and laptops. Unfortunately USB-to-parallel cables have not been found to work in the past.
