Present: Andrew, Lionel, Russell.

Notes

Actions follow up:

To do:

  • Electronics area stock - Sort with Matt Little - Russell/anyone
    • Ongoing. Lionel has chatted with him.
  • Sort a rough list + ideas for materials in the space and where to put them - all
    • Board has decided to stop all purchases of materials for now. We need to raise where the line is drawn. If they want to veto all purchases
  • Ask Daniel if he'll be able to make a set of RFID reading donation boxes - maybe with cash as well - for the "this cost X" labels - Andrew
    • Russell asked Daniel - it is possible. Bit pointless without materials - might be a possibility if members do want materials though.
  • Contact James to get Russell on the resources email forwarder - Andrew
    • Done.

In progress:

  • Sort debit card
    • Got it now, but can't activate it yet D: will buy keysafe with it when we do.
  • Sort second Makro card - general work (David Clarke)
    • Will sort now.
  • Sorted the storage of the large 5L bottles in the volatile cabinets

Longer term actions:

  • Colour coding and spreadsheet for Nuts and Bolts + Screws since there are so many. Colour coded means whiteboard markers/stickers can be used to mark when something is low.
    • Ongoing
  • Longer lists of items to have as standard. Listing them quickly on the wiki will help.
    • Ongoing

Purchases to note:

  • Oxygen (£20) and Mapp Gas (£10) purchased - Russell

Requests processed:

  • Cocoa for drinking - Yeah since we do tea and coffee.
  • Olive Oil - Agreed to purchase. Makro.
  • Tea Towels/Towels - Hazel Savage - Approved both to replace current set. Look in Makro first, or best first option.
    • Washing basket - really open and weave - needed too.
  • Decaf Coffee - Hazel Savage - has brought some but will need replacing.
  • Squash - Hazel Savage - Raspberry and Orange - Makro should have some decent brands.
  • Toilet seat sanitisers - On Board - Cleaning material. Lets get some; wipes from Makro.
    • Hand gel/sanitiser stuff - Lets get some; Makro.
    • Try and find a dispenser for the sanitiser stuff.
  • Toilet seats - On Board - We're not convinced they are. Not approved. Infrastructure item too!
  • Plastic Disposable Aprons - On board - Approved. Get a set when we can.
  • Indexable lathe tool inserts - Screwed on kind. Russell. Approved.

Kitchen, toilet, workshop check:

  • Coffee - Nescafe - need some more
  • Sugar - Seems to be not much left - get some more (bag)
  • Toilet Roll - low
  • Scourers and wash rags - very low
  • Bin liners - white and black and green
  • Safety masks (disposable) - with a better dispenser system if possible!
  • Extra small disposable gloves - get blue nitrile unpowerdered - running very low. Just Gloves instead of Makro for these.
  • Clothes washing sachets - running low
  • White paper A3 and A4 - only in printer right now. Will rearrange paper sometime too.

Snackspace:

  • Vending machine - Dominic asked some opinions on some items from Lionel (Raspberry Pi, Micro USB cable). Micro USB is a bit common (any pound shop!) but Pi's might be good, and Russell suggested lockpicks since they sold out and there is potentially interest.

Action List

To do:

  • Makro run
  • Remind Dominic about label printer labels - reference numbers and where to buy.

In progress:

  • Electronics area stock - Sort with Matt Little - Ongoing - Russell/anyone

Longer term actions:
