Rules
To keep members and the space safe, there are some rules which all users of the space must abide by. The authoritative list of rules can be found on the dedicated Rules site. It's important for all members of our community (including guests, and those in our other spaces, like Discord and this wiki) to read and understand them.
The letter and spirit of each rule should be taken into account. Each Rule on the Rules site is given its own page where this is discussed.
Additional to the rules are policies we use as expectations for our community:
Changing the rules
The code and content for the Rules site is all in Github. Being based on git, it has a fairly well trodden path to suggest changes.
- Raise a pull request
- Discussions are held by the community about the new change
- The suggested change is iterated on, based on feedback
- It is either merged (and so codified!) or rejected
The full process of making a change is described on the readme on Github.
