Do we need a Team Leader ? Probably do - looks like it's Emily.

We're looking at getting the optics replaced. Also get Dominic to train up two Maintainers.

The laser team would like to expand the area possibly by moving the shelves - this needs to managed by the trustees.

We need a maintenance document for maintainer to follow.

Do we need a usage log book for the machine for issues? We can create a laser issues-channel?

Do we need an OR ELSE for misuse of the laser.

We need an overhaul on the software side - when we do a reset the settings are set to 60% and Unite Lines is set to 1.

For induction we need to ensure that people understand the rules and use of the laser - like 65%.

We may need a maintenance team - and might need to add to the laser issues Channel.

We need a way to note that we are doing inductions - from proposing times to booking the laser.

Create a team members group message on slack to co-ordinate inductions.

We need a members box for the laser team, for booklets and birch/ply.

Finances

We can ask people to pay on HMS at the start of the inductions.

Future Mainenace witd Dominic Creare maintenance document Laset Team box in members storage. Find way to check laser usage.

Need to normalise noting in the laser channel when the laser is found in a mess.
