Woodworking: Bob - both bandsaws out of operation. Green bandsaw is fixable. Ryobi Bandsaw may need a new motor.

Table Saw / Circular saw dustbag needs replacing.

Laser: We’re not going to have Emilys laser. Dominic will be doing some maintenance on the laser - hopefully january

Software: Fri 13th 1800-2200 - Server Maintenance. We need to check if the space is open during this time.

Open Hack Night. Restart Open hack night - covered by trustees. We can start in February it would be if members. Katie can help with tours. Maybe shadow a current tour.

Income steady ish - other income varies, depending on workshop income - this is income not profit.

Expenditure is a bit random - some odd business rates that have been clarified. We’re expecting a refund. Rates went from £250/month to £2500 a month, and was backdated for covid. We’d clarified this, and claimed business rates relief.

Electricity averaging £5-600, not great but not really terrible.

People seem better at turning lights off, and the new lights use less electricity.

Katie Gilbert - use the classroom - Katie, Russel and William (members) would like a space to repairs to a marquee. To get the fabric treated and do some sewing.

The classroom is just about big enough - but there maybe issues with ventialtion with anti mould.
