The TI866 is a ROM programmer and dumper, which was donated by Steve in 2025. It can be found in the ROM programming box along with the [[Micromaster LV48 Programmer]] and [[STAG SE1T UV EPROM Eraser]]. Unlike the LV48, it uses USB, allowing it to be used with a modern computer.

It'll read and write a huge selection of EEPROMS and EPROMS, as well as other chips such as GALs and PALs. The programmer should in theory work with Windows 7 - we had zero luck with Windows 10. It does however work in Linux using minipro. For example, to dump a 27512 chip in a DIP package, you would run:
