What does it do

A 1500w router mounted in a lift system onto a fit for purpose router table including guides/rails/feather boards suitable many purposes.

Collet and bit information

I will update to include some information about bits currently available on site. For now I can confirm the router will accept 1/2" and 1/4" bits.

How to use it

The router table is mounted on a stand with lockable castors, it can be freely moved throughout the dusty area, it is secured to the stand. When in use please connect the router to dust extraction, this is non negotiable. A 3D printed mounting plate has been created to connect to the smaller dust extractor inbetween the two bandsaws to your right as you enter the dusty area. We have a large selection of router bits fit for many purposes, if we do not have a bit for your required purpose you may need to provide this. Proper safety procedure is very important when using this device,

Use dust extraction when sanding

Work can be carried out on the downdraft table using the provided dust bag or connect the shop vacuum to the dust outlet port.
