Is this an idea?

Just noting that there's lots of chatter around OSA at the moment. See: https://chaos.social/@russss/113685630140645359 I've thrown together this page so we have some sort of way to let people know how to report content. I don't think there's a mediawiki way of doing it.

Could we add this page to the 'Wiki' section of the toolbar? Tim suggests this be called “Report something” so it’s clear where to click for this.

Yeah pretty sure we just need to add something to the rules site as an appendix, hopefully less annoying to write than the GDPR policy. Linking that from the MediaWiki:Sidebar also makes sense.
