* Move stuff out of the way (particularly the pallet of metal things and the Warco - eek.)
* Design and install curtains/other dividing solution between welding quarter and the rest of the room to ensure that grinding dust is mostly kept out of the rest of the area
* Design and install ventilation setup for welding
* Finish ceiling in far corner of main space to allow final light to be hung
* Data cabling for NH-Tools
* Move tools / benches etc into place!
* Handles for doors
* Investigate possible leak in grinding room?
