The article mentions a £1 fee to pick up your card. Is this still the case? I followed the self-serve instructions in the email and didn't pay anything. Have I stolen a card??! Shane (talk) 21:46, 30 April 2024 (UTC)

:If you've lost your card and ask for a new one, the membership team will ask for a £1 donation (in the donation tin or via HMS), which covers the cost of the cards. These cost us about 70 pence each, so we just rounded up. Your first card is free. The only inaccuracy is that its self service (as you saw), as I made the pin public on HMS and added it to the welcome email. There's a FAQ on our guide about it too, which may be worth linking to I've lost my RFID card! -- Aaron (Asj, talk) 21:57, 30 April 2024 (UTC)
