This Special Resolution aimed at improving and clearing up how elections are run,

5.3.3 If a Trustee stands down in the last six months of their term, the remaining Trustees can choose not to replace the outgoing Trustee through an N-1 Majority.

Clear up that the intention is to email all current members about the change affecting the running of the space, inline with ‘Special Resolution, Trustee resignation wording improvement’
5.5.2 Amendment
Amend 5.5.2
5.5.2 The nomination window will normally begin 28 days prior to the elections and end 7 days before elections begin.

5.5.2 A nomination window is 21 days long and normally begins 28 days prior to the elections. Leaving at least 7 days and no more than 14 days before the voting period begins.

Amend/split 5.5.4, and renumber 5.5.5 to 5.5.6
5.5.4 If an insufficient number of nominations are received during the window, the current nominations will be made public and a new nomination window announced.

Add some clear timeframes around the nomination stage. A nomination window is only ever 21 days long. Public announcements of nomination should happen in a timely manner.
