Electric Shock	Equipment is to have an up to date PAT test, actioned annually by the estates team. Machinery which fails is to have plugs removed and notice placed on it while awaiting repair or removal from the studio. Machinery is not to be plugged in over, through or next to a water source (which was actioned in the room layout planning during the move to new premises at Derby Road – with placement of fire bricked surface).
