: I would prefer the extraction tubing to run under the benches. The two benches that need extraction can have holes drilled for bringing it up onto the bench. You usually want the induction at a low angle rather than directly above where you're working, since it gets in the way. | |||

Given where the ducting needs to exhaust from the room (the top of the lowest window) is there space under and attached to the shelf for the ducting ? -- Duncan
- I would prefer the extraction tubing to run under the benches. The two benches that need extraction can have holes drilled for bringing it up onto the bench. You usually want the induction at a low angle rather than directly above where you're working, since it gets in the way.
- The inline ducting fan can be mounted under the new (proposed) bench below the window, which will hopefully provide enough suction.
