Minor burns due from the print nozzle and/or bed during operating.

The nozzle has appropriate safety warnings. Members are advised to do some self study and be aware of risks of FDM printing. In more serious cases, a burns gel kit is available in the Blue Room kitchenette. The next nearest burns kit is in the Kitchen on top of the microwave.

Ventilation
|
We would recommend leaving the window open while printing, although PLA and PETG poses fairly minimal risk. We do not allow printing of ABS in the space.
