2018-11-22 AGM Agenda/Discussion: Consultation on Membership and Volunteering

This is not a constitutional change, but a proposal to open a consultation around membership in general, and in particular membership fees and volunteering.

For example, we could have different membership options where those who volunteer time continue on the “pay what you think it’s worth” arrangement, but there are set membership fees and/or limited access times if not volunteering.
