Metalworking

Phase Zero: Lighting

Electrical:

• Hang lights (done, except grinding room + one in far corner)
• Install conduit (done)
• Install trunking (WIP)
• Pull cable
• Install temporary control box / switching solution
• Install control box feed (10A RCBO from main board, PVC conduit)
• Test & Inspection, issue EIC
• Remove last of temporary lighting solution

Non-electrical:

• Finish ceiling in far corner to allow final light to be hung

Phase One: Welding & Grinding

Electrical:

• Welding interlock (WIP)
• Heavy feed to interlock box (D63 - reuse from metalworking feed upstairs?)
• Install welding sockets - will require them being removed from upstairs (trunking/SWA)
• 16/3 supply to grinding room, but see below
• Install small power circuit to bay (galv conduit)
• Test & Inspection, issue EIC

Non-electrical:

• Move door from grinding room to far end of room
• Establish what else needs to be done to the grinding room before it's sensible to install electrics in there (finish walls, boxing, etc)
• Move stuff out of the way (particularly the pallet of metal things and the Warco - eek.)
• Install curtains/other dividing to ensure that grinding dust is kept out of the rest of the area
• Consider the ventilation situation

Phase Two: The rest

Electrical:

• Complete the traywork
• Heavy feeds (3x 16/3)
• Small power circuits (galv conduit)
• Corridor power circuit (PVC conduit)
• Install power for compressor (seperate feed or tacked on to the end of the corridor power circuit)

Non-electrical:

• Install unistrut posts on the pillars ala Dusty Area
• Remove random leftover wood, insulation, etc
• Data cabling for NH-Tools
• Move tools / benches etc into place!

Epilogue

• Christen the room by smashing a bottle of Lucozade on it's bow (step one, find its bow...)
• Remove all infra tools/supplies from Downstairs Members' Storage to Team Storage
• Consider fire door (opening inwards probably not acceptable?)
• Have Schneider DB disconnected and sell it on eBay
