We're looking at arranging a time for inductions maintainer from Dominic.

Chat about team membership and management of roles.

Can we check the collet and lens. Weekly checks proposed.

Can we get a check list for maintenance, something we can tick when we do maintenance?

How can we stop people messing with the lens, collet and other parts of the laser?

Process for inductions

We need tie up inductors, inductees and payments. Payments can be done with Bank Transfers.

How can we follow up on problems with the laser? We should normalise posting issues to slack.

We now have a script that logs the config file every 5 mins.

We should normalise posting issues on slack - photo evidence.

People who break the hard rules can have access to laser withdrawn (for an amount of time), until re-inducted.

We need to add this rule to the wiki for withdrawing access.

We need to mention at the Members meeting about the logging of the settings every 5 mins, including the user, and this data may be used to find users who are using the laser at more than 65%.

Questions about LightBurn software - and issues with upgrading and compatibility.
