4 foot Floorstanding Loudspeakers Hi-Fi Loudspeakers based around a 12" bass driver and a 5" Tweeter. In Progress
Rotary Subwoofer A complete redesign of the Thigpen TRW-17. A variable-pitch fan will create sound by oscillating the blade angle at the desired frequency. This will permit the speaker to produce sub-audible frequencies at very high sound pressure levels compared to a conventional cone driver. Amplification will be via an existing Quad 44 monoblock valve amplifier. Rotary Woofer Mk2 image 04.png Rotary Woofer Mk2 image 01.png Rotary Woofer Mk2 image 07.png

Chip Amp Power Audio Ampifier using LM3886 National Semiconductor Opamps. In Progress
ErgoDox Keyboard Mechanical Keyboard split into two halves for ergonomics. In Progress
Tilt-Shift Lens To fit a 35mm Nikon SLR camera. Will use an existing Mamiya-Sekor C 45mm f2.8 Lens. This medium format lens has increased coverage compared to a 35mm lens to allow for movements relative to the image area. Hackspace Wire Rack Needs more broomhandles and caps on the end of the rack, plus labeling.
LED Skateboard Deck Taken an old cruiser board, drilled around 400 holes and fitted blue hi-bri LEDs pointing downwards.
TV Table Including shelf space for various consoles, HTPC and an amplifier.
LED Lamp With spare LEDs from the Skateboard deck, a high-voltage linear circuit to power 300 LEDs at 50mA each.
