In January 2011, Nottinghack joined in the Global Hackerspace Cupcake Challenge. It was a major event at Hackspace 1.0.

The recipe

The cupcake was Pimms-flavoured, with green buttercream frosting and a marzipan circle on top, coloured with green food colouring.

The packaging

A tetrahedron made of report clips, duct tape and elastic bands, with a lemon-shaped food holder in the middle. Which is filled with napkins and the cupcake.
The structure was wrapped in a screen-printed Nottingham Hackspace t-shirt
