• BBQ - gas should be safe to use indoors - probably in the kitchen area if there's enough ventilation
• paper plates, disposable cutlery, paper napkins, disposable cups, etc.

• be able to securely receive donations for food
• chef - James?
• food, drink, etc.
  • amounts and cost?
  • please cater for vegetarians!!! You may be surprised how many of us there are! Actually I can bring my own but there may be a few veggie guests
  • crisps, dips
  • buns!

• example projects - things of interest, talking points, representative of what we do
• demonstrations
• members stationed to explain and demonstrate
• be sure not misrepresent what we do or what we're about!
