I think "Expectations" is the key: Toby hit the nail on the head when he said in [Transcript 2015-08-05] "People are expecting a service". We need to make the statement "There is NO service!" Apart of course from the space itself and the member created facilities which are as the members care to leave them. So some statements might help: you could come into the space and the tool you wanted to use isn't there or is broke - that sucks but tough shit dude! (better working required) Sometimes things just don't work out the way you want but there are usually ways of improving your situation. --Michael Erskine (talk) 11:32, 6 August 2015 (UTC)
