Roll Call: Andrew, Duncan, Mike, Stan, Aaron, Jason, Peter F., James

This is our last meeting before heading off to EMF Camp next week.

Plan for this meeting:

  • Look through the schedule and confirm pricing and cover for each workshop.
  • Ensure we have cover for other people's workshops in Workshop 1.
  • Confirm details for the Arduino workshop.

General notes:

  • Need to take tables and some chairs.
  • Rob's fridge in the team storage.
  • Few people in on Sunday morning to sort stuff out. Mike should be in on Tuesday evening to also help.
  • Need to take the badge batteries (and other 2018 badge bits).

Arduino Workshop:

  • Items to purchase - stuff to build a Theramin.
  • We have 13 Arduino. One setup working and twelve places, or maybe ten places with a couple spare in case of issues.
  • Duncan will order the parts and we'll pay him back.
