Running order for the day
Food, Drink & Catering
- BBQ - gas should be safe to use indoors - probably in the kitchen area if there's enough ventilation
- I will bring my gas BBQ if we can get a van to move it and a top up of gas --Dominic 12:57, 16 May 2011 (BST)
- paper plates, disposable cutlery, paper napkins, disposable cups, etc.

- please cater for vegetarians!!! You may be surprised how many of us there are! Actually I can bring my own but there may be a few veggie guests
