Catering: -

• BBQ - gas should be safe to use indoors - probably in the kitchen area if there's enough ventilation
• paper plates, disposable cutlery, paper napkins, disposable cups, etc.
• food, drink, etc.
• be able to securely receive donations for food
• cook - James?
• please cater for vegetarians!!! You may be surprised how many of us there are!

Presentation: -

• example projects - things of interest, talking points, representative of what we do
• demonstrations
• do not misrepresent what we do or what we're about

• advertising
• additional seating?
• maps and (temporary) signs
