Special Resolution, Removal of a trustee
Brief
This special resolutions aims to add a defined process about removing a trustee in cases where it is required. Currently the Constitution does not provide a means of doing this, meaning there is a dependence on the trustee resigning. The proposed changes takes into account the lack of standard resignation notice period.
