Hippo is an HP LaserJet Pro M404dn A4 mono laser printer, which can be used from your personal devices and computers around the space. It has been assigned the IP address 10.0.0.98. The printer uses HP 59X (for 10,000 pages) or HP 59A toner (for 3000 pages).
If you do a lot of printing, please make a donation to cover the cost of toner - toner costs roughly 3 pence per sheet (based on 5% toner to page coverage - ISO 19752 😊)
Windows, Linux and Mac computers should automatically show the printer as being available on the network. If you can't find it, you can add the printer manually using the address ipps://10.0.0.98/ - it should automatically provide the drivers - if not, Linux and Mac should will get away with using the Generic PostScript Printer driver included with CUPS.
