We use MediaWiki, the same software as Wikipedia. These external pages can also be used as an introduction:
- Wikipedia:The Missing Manual -- An extensive manual that you can buy in paperback or read online. Parts I and III explain how you can edit, maintain and format wiki pages.
- Wikipedia:Tutorial -- A basic tutorial on editing Wikipedia articles. Note that Nottinghack Wiki does not support the Footnotes feature, so you could skip that section.
