2 people per event and at least 1 to cover other EMF events not sure about responsibilities.

Put call out for village helpers just need to be on a rota. But you get a ticket allocated to buy!

Morning Coffee

• Mike is happy to run
• Tea and Coffee only unless someone else wants to serve
• Maybe get bakery donuts and/or croissants
• Usually mark everything as £1

Inventory (stuff to take)

• Take a kettle or two

Purchase List (things to buy)

• Small tea urns (10L for £60)
• Blank mugs. £1.70 maybe online.
• Stickers for mugs and laptops - maybe just simple H. One colour £35 for 1M squared.
• Snackspace Contents List
• Food:
  • 2 nights of food might be good. Mass food for around 10-15 people.
  • Bean Stew and Rice
  • Vegetable Curry with Rice or Chips (or we can buy it from a chippy)
  • Get stuff from Makro just need an ingredients list
• Badge designs:
  • Gareth might be able to get a design done with Steve
