Attendees: Aaron, Andrew, Jason A, James, Jason H, Samisi, Colette, Sam.
Meeting aim: Figure out who is going, workshop planning, item planning.
Notes
Aaron explained what happened in past years. Andrew added about our tent.
Tickets:
- Jason H: May attend interested in electronics
- Colette: Crafting (knit, crochet, sewing machine maybe Embroidery) or Arduino
- Samisi: Knitting maybe
Workshops
Will have to make a nice table of events so we know who wants to help with what.

- Can be daytime (paper won't be affected too long) inside the tent

- TBC: Will decide soonish if need evening time and what times
Arduino workshop: Jason A
- Intermediate Arduino workshop
- Interface with things
- Libraries and importing and connecting things
- Boards may be sold as part of the workshop

Electronics: Badge Kits / GPIO: Duncan / Andrew
- Hour for this basic soldering experience
Village Food
Morning village food:
- Tea and Coffee will be fine (getting a tea urn)
- Kettle would be a good idea too
- Milk
- Sausages
- Hot plate and frying pan
- Fridges needed
Evening food:
- Chilli evening
- Saucepans needed
- Possibly Air Fryer if purchased (can cook sausages etc.)
Snackspace:
- Tea and coffee (Bring your own mug!)
- Blank mugs (Jason might try and engrave them with the rotary tool. Duncan might know how to use it) would be good, can sell them 50 - 100.
- Cans, sweets (pick a mix and stuff), crisps
- Pot noodles
- Stickers for Hackspace - Gareth
- Hackspace Passport stamp
Transport
James will use his van.
- 3 euro palettes capacity
- Will likely leave van on site but we'll see
Projection Mapping as Art Installation
Gareth:
- Projecting onto a building - make a big disk perhaps in quarters
- Outside, generally night time
- Nice art installation to show off
- Waterproof extension lead
- Gareth will sort a waterproof projector box
