Arduino Workshop (Intermediate) An intermediate Arduino workshop to learn how to code and interface with an Arduino module. The price of the workshop includes the module and breadboard. Mini Robot Event Build a mini fighting robot and fight them! There are limited places and the cost of the workshop includes all the kit materials to build a controllable robot. Confirmed base cost of bought parts is £32.50 - plus some materials and stuff, should be below £35 total so £40 cost (£5 "profit" as the Ferengi would say) seems reasonable.

This includes a standard RC receiver but no transmitter - we will have a couple available to buy (+£25) or alternatively the receiver can be swapped for one of Steve's WiFi boards for +£5.

Note- Hebocon (deliberately terrible combat robots) is also happening at EMF and we can coordinate with them to use our arena for fights and such.

Solargraphy Build your own pinhole camera to trace the path of the Sun from winter to summer. It only takes 10 minutes to create so feel free to drop in anytime during the session! £5 per camera - all materials provided. Is there a minimum number of seats we have to fill? Definitely want to limit the number of places. Practical workshops are pretty popular.
